The staff and Veterinarians here are fabulous and will talk to you and answer any questions you may have regarding your pet. Two of my pets are current clients and have been treated with compassion. Both are seniors and special needs. One can be very snippy when with any veterinarian and they have shown her compassion and took the time to work with her and make her feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend the staff at Springbrook Animal Care Center.

Jan 2019 Update: EXTREMELY expensive and no discounts of any kind, not even military. An annual checkup with all your basic vaccinations, heart worm, and fecal test would cost you $335 per dog! That's crazy. Old Post: HUGE and very nice place to get your pets' healthcare, check-ups, emergency care, etc. Good service. Very clean. They do not take appointments for visits. They only take them for grooming, boarding, and spay/neuter. They also offer grooming and bathing (except on Sundays). Nail trimming is always available, but $16.

This place is horrible. I started going there I really want to say shortly after they opened so maybe ten years off and on. My Maltese has been seen there the most and recently needed to be seen so we made an appt for Monday Oct 30th at 3 pm. We called them the Saturday before to schedule and was told we have a balance of 72.00. Seemed odd since they make you pay when you visit but I later remembered that the last time we had been there their credit card machine was down and we left the CC info with them to charge it. Ok what ever happened if we owe it we will pay it on Monday when we get there.... My husband goes in at the indicated time to be told there is no appt. This is the SECOND time this has happened at this place, both times when my husband took the dog in. The previous time was the time in which their CC system was down, THAT was the reschedule of an appt they said we didnt have. WHY would he leave work to show up at 3 on Monday if we didnt have appt? When my husband said that same thing they lady in the front called a manager. He even showed her on the phone where he had called but they had no care in the world, not even for the SICK DOG we are bringing in. This was not a routine checkup, the dog was sick, at least make a concession that there may have been a mistake made with scheduling especially since we can show that we did indeed call....I mentioned that both times it was my husband that took the dog in and was told there was no appt, what I am seeing is that they see a black man bringing in the dog and dont want to serve him? Yes I said it, only because when I am the one going I do not seem to have the problem and I happen to be white. I am not aware of any reason that we would get the disrespect that we have received given the amount of time we have been going there, my husband is the only new equation......SHAME ON YOU SPRINGBROOK.

This place is an absolute disgrace with staff who lack basic professionalism skills and lack any sense of empathy. Do not subject yourself to this place or the people in there who solely care about making money. We brought our sick puppy that we adopted from The Rescue Vets (located in Springbrook) in to be seen and the vet techs did not say hello, introduce themselves, or even communicate anything about what they were doing. The unprofessionalism in this medical context is unacceptable and incredibly upsetting, especially considering that our new puppy was sick. On top of this, they sent us home with a puppy that was still sick and continued to become more sick to the point she needed emergency services. When we contacted Springbrook about this, they denied us care for our puppy and have not followed up with us at all to know if the puppy is doing okay. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and care. I would never bring any of my dogs here. I have talked to other pet owners and to vets that we have seen who have shared similar stories.
